TERMS OF BUSINESS
We do business all over the USA and Canada (yes, some of us speak French). We work on site to gather requirements, present progress reports, and perform acceptance tests. Remote work is performed in the United States by specialists in the subject matter and the chosen technologies.
We generally quote prices based on time and materials, with travel costs included at the client’s option. We may offer the option to license components from us if to do so will accelerate a project. We will quote fixed prices if a project is well enough defined, or becomes well enough defined after an initial prototype.
When appropriate, we can bill through agencies, recruiters, or other “approved vendors”.
